The goal of my research is to improve the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. My research group uses epidemiological studies to map risk factors and incidence, clinical studies with imaging and blood samples to find biomarkers and questionnaires to monitor quality of life and psychosocial consequences of epilepsy.
Interests: Neurology
Clinical research is close to my heart. Hopefully, my involvement in the academy can contribute to improving the conditions for clinical research.
